These Terms govern the video editing and advertising services provided by Saif Motions ("we", "us", "our"), available at saifmotion.com. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We produce custom video ads and edits according to the package you purchase (15-second, 30-second or 60-second ad) and the requirements you submit after ordering.
2. Orders and payment
Prices are shown on our packages. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; where card payments are handled by Paddle.com, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Final scope may affect price and will be agreed before extra work begins.
3. Requirements and delivery
After ordering you provide project requirements and any assets. Delivery timelines begin once we have received your requirements and necessary materials. Estimated turnaround is indicated per package and may vary with scope and revisions.
4. Revisions
Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated for that package. Additional revisions or changes to the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
5. Your responsibilities
You confirm that any footage, images, logos, music or other materials you provide are lawful and that you hold the rights to use them. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and claims in your ad.
6. Usage rights and portfolio
On full payment, you receive the right to use the final delivered video for the purpose you described. We may display completed work in our portfolio and on social channels unless you ask us in writing not to.
7. Acceptable use
We do not create content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise harmful.
8. Limitation of liability
Services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.

Refund Policy

Our work is custom, made to order for each client, so refunds are handled as follows:
Before work begins
If you cancel before we have started editing (before we accept your requirements and begin production), you are entitled to a full refund on request.
After work has begun
If you cancel after production has started, we may issue a partial refund at our reasonable discretion for work not yet completed. Time already spent and any third-party assets purchased for your project (stock, music, licenses) are non-refundable.
After final delivery
Because the work is custom and delivered to you, orders are non-refundable once the final video has been delivered. Your included revision rounds are there to resolve any issues with the delivered work.
Revisions first
If something is not right, please use your included revisions so we can fix it before requesting a refund.
How to request a refund
Email support@saifmotion.com with your order reference within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can resolve any issue directly. Card payments processed by Paddle.com are handled with Paddle as Merchant of Record.
